Mountain Valley Water needed a full service agency that could create content, respond to online messages and execute a paid digital strategy. After putting together a team, a creative content strategy focusing on nature and wellness depicted in a lifestyle fashion was implemented. Paid media was also strategically rolled out with the focus on geographic regions where product could be purchased in stores or delivered to home or office. To help grow the audience on social channels, social media contests were leveraged as well as influencer partnerships during sponsored festivals and events. Lastly to provide a more local feel, a "perfect pairings' campaign was launched which highlighted chefs, their restaurants and their love for Mountain Valley Water. In effect the brand's audience grew over 100% to reach 105,000 followers across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
